2012 Summer Rental Rates

All rentals are subject to a $75.00 booking fee due at the time of the initial deposit. Information for making a reservation is included in the "FAQ" section of this web site. Please take a moment to read it.


Most owners offer discounted rates if they rent in the off-season. Some owners have a single rate regardless of the length of a vacation, while a number of owners use a two-week vacation as their default rental and charge a premium to cover the additional cleaning necessary for a single week. The chart below lists the rental rates for each of these options. A few owners base their rates on demand, with a higher rate for the weeks of greatest popularity or proximity. These entries are posted on an individual basis.
