The Garbett cottage is one of the Sea Shell condominiums on Chequessett Neck Road in Wellfleet. Located about a mile from the town pier, Little League field, and restaurants, this group owns their own private bay beach and has a community laundry room with coin-operated appliances. The Garbett unit sits atop a dune with a view over the roofs of the other cottages to the beach and bay beyond. Oyster is one of the smaller cottages in the group. It has two bedrooms and allows 4 people. Cute, clean, and well-loved.
