Please use this list if you would like to start with a brief description of each property with its in-season rates and open dates. (Click the owner's name for further details about each cottage. A * before the owner's name indicates that additional pictures are available.)

Listings were last edited on April 14, 2008. Rental weeks are Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise indicated. The listings below represent ONLY those rental properties for which we have received 2008 Contracts from owners. *Bertoline:  Coral Unit, Sea Shells Condos on Chequessett Neck Rd., Wellfleet.  3 bedrooms, sleeps 5. Cable TV, coin laundry, private beach.  $1575/week; $1500/week for multiple weeks.  Available weeks: No remaining in-season availability. Available off-season.

Bosworth:  Abalone Unit, Sea Shells Condos on Chequessett Neck Rd., Wellfleet.  2 bedrooms, sleeps 5. Cable TV, coin laundry, private beach.  $1800/week; no discount for multiple weeks.  Available weeks: July 12; August 16, 23. Also available off-season.

Cafaro:  North Eastham, year-round home in a residential neighborhood near the high school where the Cape Cod Institute is held. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 6.  Washer, dryer, cable TV.  1600/week plus security; $1500/week plus security for multiple weeks.  Available weeks: June 28; July 5, 12, 19; August 16, 23. *Canniff:  North Eastham, two bedrooms, 1 bath. Wooded and secluded. Sleeps 4-6. Cable TV. Walk-in shower with handicap bars.  $925/week; $850/week for multiple weeks.  Available weeks: June 21, 28; July 19; August 9, 16. Also available off-season.

*Cooke:  North Eastham, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 8, cable TV, washer, dryer.  $1700/week plus security. $1600/week for multiple weeks plus security  Available weeks: June 28; July 5; August 23. Also available off-season.

*Draghetti 1:  Small, economical 2 bedroom cabin in South Eastham, sleeps 4. Cable TV.  $675/week plus security. No discount for multiple weeks.  Available weeks: August 23. Also available off-season.

*Draghetti 2:  One-room efficiency condo on Route 6 in North Eastham. Convenient to the high school. Farmer's porch, cable TV, AC, queen bed. Sleeps 2.   $525/week plus security; no multi-week discount.  Discount for seminar attendees.  Available weeks: July 12, 19, 26; August 16, 23. Also available off-season.

*Dufresne:  Three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths in a residential area in South Eastham. Convenient to Orleans and shopping, restaurants. Washer, dryer, cable TV, dishwasher. Roomy, attractive home sleeps 6. Drive 2 1/2 miles to beaches, or take the nearby Rail Trail for bicycle access to town, beaches.  $1600/week plus security in season. No discount for multiple weeks.  Owner has a swing rate for late June and early September of $1250 plus security.  Available weeks: June 28; July 5, 12, 19; August 23. Also available off-season.

*Ferri:  Wellfleet, Indian Neck. 1950s knotty pine paneled cottage near a path to Burton Baker Beach and a tidal inlet for little kids to play in. 4 bedrooms, 1 bath, washer, dryer, cable TV.  Sleeps 8.  $1500/week; $1425/week for multiple weeks.  Available weeks: June 28; July 5, 19; August 23. Also available off-season.

*Finkelstein:  Eastham, Hatch Road and Great Pond Road, opposite pond beach. Three bedrooms, bath with shower, sleeps 6, screened porch. Owner allows dogs with some restrictions.  $975/week plus security; $925/week for multiple weeks plus security.  Available weeks: August 2, 23. Also available off-season.

*Fisher:  Cute little cabin in North Eastham with sleeping areas rather than bedrooms and minimal kitchen, but enhanced by enclosed sleeping porch/sitting area.  $550/week. $500/week for multiple weeks.  Available weeks: June 28; July 19; August 23. Also available off-season.

*Furgang:  Eastham, across a one-lane, dead-end dirt road from the beach north of First Encounter. 2 bedrooms, loft, 1 bath. Sleeps 6. Satellite TV.  $1850/week; No discount for multiple weeks.  Available weeks: No remaining in-season availability. Available off-season.

Garbett:  Oyster Unit, Sea Shells Condos on Chequessett Neck Rd., Wellfleet. 2 bedrooms. Sleeps 4. Cable TV, coin laundry.  $1600/week plus security; No discount for multiple weeks.  Available weeks: August 9, 16, 23. Not available off-season.

*Grandjacques:  Wellfleet, King Philip Road. Upside-down cottage with living area upstairs for view and breeze. Three bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, upper deck. Sleeps 6, color TV, WIFI.  $1450/week plus security; $1400/week plus security for multiple weeks.  Available weeks: No remaining in-season availability. Not available off-season.

*Grant:   North Eastham, dead end road, 4 bedrooms, sleeps 9. 1 1/2 baths, deck, SAT TV, washer. Owner allows dogs with some restrictions.  $1350/week plus security; $1275/week plus security for multiple weeks.  Available weeks: July 19; August 2, 9, 23. Also available off-season.

*Griffin Beach Cottage:   This cottage has not changed much since the day it was built, and is probably one of the few true old Cape cottages left. Yet in addition to its 2 bedrooms and attic sleeping loft, it has phone, cable TV, and laundry--the best of two different generations.  In season $; off-season  $ Available weeks:

*Griffin Claire Lane:   The Griffins' home on Claire Lane is the complete opposite of their beach cottage, a ranch with a large living area and three well-planned bedrooms that provide sleeping for three generations or two couples with kids. *Harrahy:   North Eastham, end of a dirt road with path to a neighborhood bay beach stairway. Two bedrooms, 1 bath, cable TV, deck. Sleeps 4.  $850/week; $825/week for multiple weeks.  Available weeks: August 23. Also available off-season.

*Heyd:   Wellfleet, Pilgrim Acres Condos, two bedrooms, combo living room/kitchen. Cable TV, sleeps 4.  $850/week; No discount for multiple weeks.  Available weeks: June 28; July 5, 12, 19; August 9, 16, 23. Also available off-season.

*Hooton:   Hooton has three bedrooms and one bath, sleeps 6. Off Route 6 in North Eastham.  $750/week; $700/week for multiple weeks.  Available weeks: August 23. Also available off-season.

*Hout:   North Eastham, 1/2 mile to South Sunken Meadow Beach, three bedrooms, one bath, sleeps 5. Washer & dryer.  $/week; $/week for multiple weeks.  Available weeks: July 5, 12;August 16. Not available off-season.

*Johnson:   North Eastham, quiet residential road about a mile to the bay. Cable TV with CD stereo, VCR & DVD. Washer, dryer. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 8.  $1100/week; $1000/week for multiple weeks.  Available weeks: June 28; July 5; August 23. Also available off-season.

*Kaplan:   North Eastham, 19th century (not for everyone) cottage on Nauset Road near Cable Road and the regional high school. Four bedrooms, 1 bath, sleeps 8. TV for playback only.  $1000/week; $925/week for multiple weeks.  Available weeks: June 28; July 5, 19, 26. Not available off-season.

*Kinsman:   Eastham, cute small, 3 bedroom cottage, 1 bath, sleeps 6. Oceanside near elementary school and Minister's Pond. No laundry.  $1000/week; $925/week for multiple weeks.  Available weeks: June 28; July 5, 19, 26; August 2, 9, 23. Available off-season.

Krivelin:   New "upside-down" house on Indian Neck in Wellfleet with three bedrooms on the first floor and a spacious great room upstairs with a panoramic view of a scenic salt marsh on Indian Neck in Wellfleet. Two and a half baths and all the extras. Sleeps 6.  $2500/week plus security, no discount for multiple weeks.  Available weeks June 28; July 5, 12, 19, 26; August 16, 23. Also available off-season.

*Lisk:   Eastham, Bearse's Lane, off Locust Road, less than half a mile to Great Pond and the Rail Trail. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 6.  $1250/week; $1200/week for multiple weeks.  Available weeks: June 28; July 5, 12; August 2, 23. Also available off-season.

*Madden:   Large 5 bedroom home on Herringbrook and Lawton Roads in Eastham, sleeps 10-12.  $1425/week; $1350/week for multiple weeks.  Available weeks: No remaining in-season availability. Available off-season.

*Marriott:   Wellfleet, Pilgrim Acres Condos, two bedrooms, sleeps 4, bath with shower, deck. 3/4 mile to the bay. Owner allows dogs with certain restrictions.  $800/week; $775/week for multiple weeks.  Available weeks: July 5, 12, 19, 26. Also available off-season.

*Mathur:   Eastham, Herringbrook Road. Near Wiley Park and Kingsbury Beach. 3 bedrooms (1 is dorm), sleeps 7.  $875/week; $825/week for multiple weeks.  Availible weeks: No remaining in-season availability. Available off-season.

*Orsini:   North Eastham, Pilot Road. 4 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, sleeps 8. Washer, dryer, TV, deck, "whole house" attic exhaust fan.  $1025/week; $950/week for multiple weeks.  Available weeks: No remaining in-season availability. Available off-season.

Plouffe:   North Eastham, West Shore Drive off Bay Road, at the beach. 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4. Washer, dryer, TV, new enclosed outdoor shower.  $1700/week plus security. No discount for multiple weeks.  Available weeks: June 28: July 12; August 16. Also available off-season.

*Ponichtera:   North Eastham, 5 bedrooms plus 2 bedroom apartment on Bay Road. Cable TV. Sleeps 10+.  $2400/week plus security; $2300/week for multiple weeks.  Available weeks: August 23. Also available off-season.

*Rosenstreich:   Wellfleet, Sea Shells Condos. Three bedrooms, one bath. Cable TV, coin-operated laundry. Sleeps 6.  $1725/week; $1650/week for multiple weeks.  Available weeks: No remaining in-season availability. Available off-season.

Shannon:   Eastham, Nauset Road beyond Doane Rock within National Seashore boundaries. Cottage with large family room addition. Three bedrooms, one bath. Washer, dryer, satellite TV, large deck. Sleeps 6.  $1900/week; no discount for multiple weeks.  Available weeks: July 12, 19, 26; August 23. Also available off-season.

*Siemienkiewicz:   Eastham, Luther's Lane off Kingsbury Beach Road. Outside stairs to living level. Two bedrooms, sleeps 4-6, one bath.  $950/week plus security; $875/week plus security for multiple weeks.  Available weeks: July 26; August 9, 16, 23. Also available off-season.

*Silver:   North Eastham, off Aspinet Road. Efficiency unit, sleeps 2.  $595/week plus security deposit; no discount for multiple weeks.  Available weeks: June 28; July 5, 12, 19, 26; August 9, 16, 23. Available off-season.

*Spieker:   North Eastham, Three Acres Road. Older cottage with modern addition. Two bedrooms plus master bedroom/sleeping loft. Two shower baths, washer, dryer, cable TV. Sleeps 6.  $900/week; $875/week for multiple weeks.  Available weeks: June 28; July 5, 12, 26; August 2, 16, 23. Available off-season.

*Stern:   Wellfleet, Pilgrim Acres Condominiums. 2 bedrooms, cable TV, large deck, new outdoor shower. Sleeps 4-6.  $850/week; no discount for multiple weeks.  Available weeks: July 12, 19; August 23. Call about off-season.

*Stewart:   A small efficiency cabin in North Eastham. One of the Sandpiper Cottages, a condo cottage group on Route 6 and convenient to the high school, flea market, and summer activities. AC, cable. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY.  $575/week. No discount for multiple weeks.  Available weeks: June 28; July 26; August 16. Also available off-season.

*Trade Winds:   Sunday to Sunday rental. Fantastic views of Blackfish Creek from this 4 bedroom summer home on the further section of Indian Neck. Living area includes a master bedroom upstairs; 3 bedrooms, including a master bedroom, and laundry on the first floor. Baths on each level. Several decks, 2 satellite TVs. Allows 8 people.  $3600/week until 7/27; 4000/week August; graduated rate structure for off-season.  Available weeks: June 29; July 6, 13, 27. Also available off-season.

*Vatner:   Wellfleet, Hiawatha Road, an unusual stucco-type cottage across a one-lane dead-end dirt lane from Burton Baker Beach. 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, sleeps 6. Washer and dishwasher. *Williams Crow's Nest:   The larger of the two Williams' rentals, this house has 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, and a screened porch. Sleeps 6.
